Meet information

Date: Monday, June 21 at Vermack

Location: 4756 Vermack Road Dunwoody, GA 30338

Start time: 5:00 pm warm up for Murphey Candler with the meet starting at 5:30 pm.

Parking: They have a parking lot and street parking, but please park on only one side of the street and do not park on the grass. Parking is limited, so it might be better to have 1 car per family.

Concessions: Meals were pre-ordered and the deadline is now over. They will have extra water, gatorade, candy available via Venmo at the meet.

Attached are the Heat sheets and Athlete Event sheets for tonight’s meet v. Vermack. They will also be posted on the website.

Please print out your own heat sheets if you want a copy.

Use the Athlete Event sheet to mark your swimmer prior to arrival or arrive earlier if you need help with this.

Marking up your Swimmer

Find your child’s race information on the Event Reports/Heat Sheets.

Label your swimmers with a black sharpie with their race details.

On their forearm, mark their event information and add stroke if needed.

(E = event, H = heat, L = lane). For relays, add a slash followed by the position on the relay after

the lane# (1, 2, 3 or 4)

For example:

#6 4/4 50 Free

#12 3/5 50 Back

#16 4/8 100 Fly

Warm ups start at 5pm, please arrive earlier to sign-in, set up or if need assistance marking up your swimmer.
We are in need of more volunteers! In order for this meet to run timely and smoothly, please let us know if you are available to volunteer.
