Dear Marlins Family,

Thank you for choosing to participate in the ASA Championships! Please refer to our previous email regarding the major details of the meet. The ASA website also offers more specific details about the Championship. In this email, we highlighted important points and areas of interest.

Please see the attached for Athlete Sheet and the Heat Sheet. The Heat Sheet also includes other important details and is a great resource to have. Please print your own copies.

Here are some other important things to know:

Time/Warmups

Please meet the team on the front lawn between 2:30pm and 2:45pm. We can then walk in as a team to our assigned seating at 3:10pm. Our warmups are at 3:40pm. Please wear your grey Marlins team shirt.

Volunteers

We are looking for parents to volunteer! Please signup here. Volunteers will have access to the pool deck. Please see the job descriptions on the website.

Parking

• The closest lot is W10. The cost $12 go to https://gatech.parkmobile.io/events (Choose the June 30 ASA 2022: Session 2 – 1:00pm-6:30pm option)
• You cannot buy spots for this lot at the gate.
• Overflow parking for W10 and any day of parking for those who did not prepay is located at the W23 lot at 905 State St. on Weds. center lot at 355 Ferst Fri. and in the W02 student Dr on Saturday only. These are relatively short walks from the pool.

Spectators

The team area offers limited seating to the team and volunteers. There is a separate area for parent spectators. Here is the seating chart. Please note that there will be a boys pool and a girls pool.

Concessions

Smaller personal coolers that can fit into or under a seat are OK. GT Concessions Stands be open but will have very limited offerings. Please plan accordingly.

• Teams - River Oak Photography is back again this year, to capture live action of our swimmers at the Championship meet. A limited number of "Day Of Meet" reservations will be available, so Pre-Register now!
